Why is my Platos BCM not connecting to the Platos app?

To resolve connection issues:
Contact: [email protected] if the issue persists.
- Ensure your phone runs iOS 8.0+ or Android 6.0+.
- Update the Platos app to the latest version.
- Enable Bluetooth (and location services for Android 6.0+).
- Disconnect other Bluetooth devices.
- Charge the BCM if it’s low on power.
- Reset the device by holding the power button for a few seconds.
- If unresolved, go to Profile > Smart Devices > Forget this Device, then re-pair.
