Why is my Platos BCM not connecting to the Platos app?

To resolve connection issues:
  1. Ensure your phone runs iOS 8.0+ or Android 6.0+.
  2. Update the Platos app to the latest version.
  3. Enable Bluetooth (and location services for Android 6.0+).
  4. Disconnect other Bluetooth devices.
  5. Charge the BCM if it’s low on power.
  6. Reset the device by holding the power button for a few seconds.
  7. If unresolved, go to Profile > Smart Devices > Forget this Device, then re-pair.
