Why aren’t my third-party apps' glucose readings syncing with Platos?

If third-party app readings aren’t syncing:
  1. Ensure the app is linked via Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android).
  2. Enable background permissions for both apps.
  3. Disconnect and reconnect the third-party application in Platos Device Settings.
  4. Force-close and reopen both apps.
  5. Contact [email protected] if the issue persists.
