Why aren’t my third-party apps' glucose readings syncing with Platos?

If third-party app readings aren’t syncing:
- Ensure the app is linked via Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android).
- Enable background permissions for both apps.
- Disconnect and reconnect the third-party application in Platos Device Settings.
- Force-close and reopen both apps.
- Contact [email protected] if the issue persists.
